One of the very first steps is to sign up for an Engaged Encounter weekend, sponsored by the Diocese of Lincoln. Please sign up immediately after you have contacted the pastor here. The couple will gain the most benefit by attending the Engaged Encounter before beginning the formal instructions at St. Joseph's.
An introductory class in Natural Family Planning (NFP) is also required. It is best to take this early in the process so you have more time for follow-up. The local teacher is Jo Langley, 402-223-3359
