The Eucharist is Jesus truly present to us, in his Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity.  It is the greatest Sacrament, because Jesus not only "acts" in this Sacrament, but he "is".  From Jesus we receive the grace to live our Christian lives, and to him we bring our whole selves as our return to the Lord.  That is why the Eucharist is the "source and summit" of our Catholic Faith.
